What To Expect
Day 1 – Salt Lake City — Idaho Falls
Salt Lake City
If you arrive at Salt Lake City Airport before 12:00 PM, after your tour guide picks you up, you will then be taken to see various sites in Salt Lake City, including Temple Square, Utah State Capitol, Beehive House.
After seeing the city, you will be taken to see the Great Salt Lake, and then relax as you travel to Idaho Falls where you will have dinner and check into your hotel for the night.

Temple Square
Temple Square is often seen as the heart of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), also known as the Mormons. Back in the late 1840s when LDS pioneers first reached Utah, they decided to build a temple that would be the center of their religious society. From there, the church grew outwards across Utah, then throughout the United States, and then throughout the world. Temple Square is still the headquarters for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to this day, containing other historic buildings such as the Tabernacle, the Beehive House, and the Conference Center. You’ll love observing the beautiful architecture of these buildings while learning about the history of these early pioneers.

Utah State Capitol
Modeled after the US Capitol Building in Washington DC, the Utah State Capitol Building is stunning. This brilliant piece of architecture is the center of government for all of Utah, containing the chambers for the Utah State Legislature, the chamber for the Utah Supreme Court, and the office for the Utah Governor. In addition to its important role as the seat of government for all of Utah, the Capitol Building also holds incredible pieces of artwork depicting the history of the state.

Antelope Island State Park
Located near Salt Lake City, Antelope Island is home to free-ranging bison, pronghorn (antelope), bighorn sheep, and many other desert animals. In addition to these larger animals, millions of birds line the shore offering unmatched bird watching opportunities. Here you also have amazing views of the Great Salt Lake and the opportunity to take a dip in the lake.

Hill Aerospace Museum
Hill Aerospace Museum is the perfect place to learn about the history of military airplanes in the US. Containing over 100 planes ranging from the World War I Curtiss JN-4D to the “stealth fighter” Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk, there is something here for everyone. In addition to military airplanes, you’ll also have a chance to see other exhibits featuring the World War II American Indian Code Talkers and the Wright Flier.

Day 2 – Jackson Hole — Grand Teton National Park — West Yellowstone
Jackson Hole
A quaint Western town in Wyoming known for its artwork and antler arches. Look at the art, eat some great food, and get some amazing pictures!
On Town Square, log cabins from the 19th century share the boardwalk with prime examples of contemporary Western architecture. Locally-owned boutiques rub elbows with
galleries boasting artwork as diverse as downtown itself.

Grand Teton National Park
The Grand Tetons became a national park in 1929, and we can show you why. We will take you to the best spots for pictures, including the Teton Mountains and Jackson Lake. You will have a great chance of seeing moose, wolves, coyotes, bighorn sheep, mule deer, bison, elk, bison and much more! Take a walk to Inspiration Point or enjoy a scenic stroll around Jenny Lake. Have a picnic, spot a moose or even a grizzly bear and enjoy the serenity of this remarkable place. Take a cruise on Jackson Lake that will literally place you in the shadow of Mount Moran.
Learn a bit about local history, geology, and folklore and take in the sights, including 10,000-year old glacial water flowing into Jackson Lake. With knowledgeable guides, you will learn about the history and geology of the area as well as the flora and fauna around the lake

Yellowstone National Park
After experiencing the beauty of the Grand Tetons, you will continue the adventure to Yellowstone National Park.

Evening see Wild West Yellowstone Rodeo: During a rodeo, cowboys and cowgirls put their skills to the test against legendary bulls, bucking broncs, crafty calves and hefty steers. Cowboys and cowgirls compete in events such as bareback bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, steer roping, saddle bronc riding, calf roping and barrel racing, and have all your favorite rodeo events include Bareback Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, Team Roping, Breakaway Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, and even an event where KIDS GET TO COMPETE!!!!

Day 4 – West Yellowstone — Mesa Falls — Idaho Falls — SLC
Mesa Falls
At Upper Falls, a thunderous curtain of water – as tall as a 10-story building – pours over remnants of an ancient volcanic super-eruption. A mile south, Lower Falls chisels away at the solidified ash and lava. Mesa Falls is the last prominent waterfall on the Snake River unaffected by manmade influences. A scenic walking path leads to excellent viewpoints.

Idaho Falls
Located between Salt Lake City and Yellowstone National Park, Idaho Falls is the ideal stopping point to eat lunch and stretch your legs. While there, you’ll be able to check out the long man made waterfall that the town is named after.

Lava Hot Springs
World famous hot springs located near the Idaho Utah border. Take a minute to relax and soak in the mineral hot springs. Temperatures range from 102 – 112 degrees Fahrenheit.
(Notes: If you would not like to participate in the activities at the natural hot spring, your tour guide will take you to Bear Lake State Park, the American West heritage center, and the Bear River Bird Refuge to discover wildlife. This refuge offers some of the most phenomenal waterbird watching in the western U.S)

Return to Salt Lake City for departure. Enjoy the amazing views on your drive back into town.
